It’s entirely up to you which ward, department or appeal you would like to support. Choose the one that means the most to you.
We ask adults to raise a minimum £30.00 each and children as much as they can. However, there is no limit and every penny you raise will support patients. Please make the most of this fun opportunity and raise as much as you can. It really will make a difference.
The easiest way to fundraise is online via JustGiving.
Alternatively, a traditional sponsorship form is included in the participant pack which you will receive by email once you’re registered.
Your entry fee covers our costs, but does not include a donation to the charity so don’t forget to fundraise.
If you prefer, you can make a donation instead of collecting sponsorship. Please choose this option when you register.
If you’re a first time runner or haven’t run for a while, we recommend you download Public Health England’s tried and tested ‘Couch to 5K‘ app for your training. The easy to follow programme will ensure you train safely and effectively in time for your run.
