Community Ambition

Funding Programme

Help us reduce health inequalities in our ethnically diverse and deprived communities

We have created the Community Ambition funding programme in partnership with the Suffolk & North East Essex Integrated Care System (SNEE ICS) with very specific criteria to reduce health inequalities in ethnically diverse and deprived communities impacted disproportionately by COVID-19 in Suffolk and North East Essex.

NHS Charities Together have allocated £445,772 to the Suffolk & North East Essex ICS, to be managed through a grant programme by Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity.

In 2020 groups, communities, and charities were invited to submit an Expression of Interest to propose projects and solutions that fit the criteria for this funding.
