There are so many ways to get in touch with us and we would love to hear from you. You can use our online form below to contact any member of the charity team, ask a question, or give us some feedback.  Alternatively, you can call us on 0300 770 1369 or pop a letter in the post.

Our core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 4.00pm.  We will aim to respond to your enquiry as soon as possible and never later than within 2 working days.

Donate online
If you are wishing to support the charity with a one-off or monthly donation, you can make a donation to the charity online using a credit or debit card.  For appeal donations please visit the relevant appeal pages and follow the donation links.

Donate by cheque, cash or BACS
If you would like to donate by cheque, please make the cheque payable to ‘Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity’ including any additional information either on the back of the cheque or in an accompanying letter.

If you would like to donate cash or via BACS, please telephone us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements.  Please note that no cash is left in the office overnight.
