Christchurch Park is set to be awash with colour on Saturday 28 September with a colour run hosted by Colchester & IpswichTwo young children making a heart shape with their hands in white charity t-shirts covered in coloured powder. Hospitals Charity. 

Participants can choose from either a 1k or 5k route, welcoming runners, walkers and joggers of all ages and fitness levels. 

Each participant will be given a complimentary white t-shirt and will be showered in environmentally-friendly coloured powder as they complete each kilometre. Finishers will also receive a medal to celebrate their achievement. 

The charity encourages participants to embrace the colour and support staff and patients across hospital sites by fundraising for the charity. All fundraising efforts make a vital difference to health and healing in the community. 

The ESNEFT wellbeing team is excited to take part and have come together to fundraise for Colchester & Ipswich Hospitals Charity. 

5 members of the staff wellbeing team stood outside Ipswich HospitalJo Rawlings, ESNEFT’s wellbeing administrator said: "We're really looking forward to taking part in the colour run as a team. It's so important that staff at ESNEFT have access to facilities which support their wellbeing. As a team we see first-hand the difference this makes so we're hoping to fundraise as much as possible to improve resources for our colleagues."
